Unveiling: The History of the Packinghouse Worker

History of the Packinghouse Worker Mural 4859 S Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL

4859 S. Wabash Avenue, Chicago The History of the Packinghouse Worker is one of the few remaining exterior murals by William Walker, renowned African-American artist, and co-founder of the Chicago Mural Group (now CPAG). This is the mural's second restoration, completed in December, 2021 by Bernard Williams and Damon Lamar Reed. The event will feature music
